Large, thorny-stemmed deciduous shrub, often found growing in coastal areas. Tolerant of wind, cold, and poor soils. Attractive willow-like silvery green leaves. Long-lasting orange berries appear on female plants in fall. Vitamin-rich fruits can be used for teas, jams & jellies, and beverages.
MALE - A good pollinator, also a fine ornamental with large, dark golden-brown, flower buds. One Male plant can pollinate up to 8 female plants.
GARDEN’S GIFT (TM) - This valuable and early ripening variety produces abundant crops of large, dark orange, aromatic fruit.
ORANGE GLOW (TM) - Prized for its incredible crops of large, bright orange, flavorful and vitamin-rich berries. Crops are so heavy that in September the plant essentially turns orange.
SUNNY (TM) - This Siberian variety is prized for its uniquely sweet, high-quality, bright orange fruit.
TITAN (TM) - This superior variety bears abundant crops of very large, bright orange berries.
RADIANT (TM) - A valuable Siberian variety prized for its large, juicy and flavorful fruit, which is particularly high in Vitamin C. Forms a compact, attractive shrub growing to about 8 ft. in height.

Soil: Can grow in a wide variety of soils, including sandy, gravely soils with poor nutrients.
Water: Needs constant, consistent watering. Do not let dry out.
