Seaside Almond Tree ™

A very productive and reliable variety, Seaside Almond Tree ™ is a late blooming and early ripening almond variety. The tree bears bunches of sweet, semi-softshell nuts.


Sun and Soil: Almonds like full to 1/2 day sun and well-drained soil.
Rootstock Description: Our Almonds are grafted on Lovell Peach rootstock. Lovell Peach is well adapted to different soil types.
Pollination Requirements: Almonds are partially self-fertile. Plant with Nikita’s Pride™Bounty™, or Oracle™, for cross pollination and larger crops.
Hardiness: Almonds are hardy to minus 20F. or below.
Bearing Age: 2-3 years after planting
Size at Maturity: 10-12 ft. in height
Bloom Time: March
Ripening Time: September
Yield: 20+ lbs.
Pests & Diseases: Almonds are not bothered by pests. They appear to be very resistant to damage by bacterial canker, a disease that can affect Plums, Cherries, Peaches and other stone fruits.
