This perennial green is excellent for salad and soup.

Sun: Full sun to partial shade.

Soil: Sorrel is very hardy and likes moist, fertile soil.

Water: Water regularly. Sorrel needs at least 1 inch per week. 

Zones:  4 to 9.

Height/Spread: When mature, it will grow to 4 to 16 inches high. It can spread up to 2 feet.
